The student kit contains the needed  tools for training in the classroom and the student salon along with supplies for the State's board practical exam meaning the needed supplies to pack your kit to take the hands on exam for NYS. Each student may use the school's text book and exam book at no cost or a student can purchase these books on line at @ ebay.
